On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, the University of Zakho received a delegation from the Center for Academic and Professional Advancement (CAPA) at the American University / Dohuk.

The delegation was received by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nazem S. Abdel Aziz, Assistant Professor Dr. Sattar J.  Haji, Director of the Center for Educational Training and Academic Development, and Mr. Ivan H. Murad, Director of the Language Center.

The aim of the visit was to build cooperated relations between the two universities in holding courses in the field of English language and professional development, including educational courses, conversation courses, academic English language skills development courses, in addition to preparation courses for the TOEFL and IELTS exams.
